Visible and Accessible Conditions
We can only document what can reasonably and lawfully be observed. Concealed, inaccessible, obstructed, unsafe, restricted, underground, internal, or technically specialized matters may not be identified.
Professional Follow-Up
Where a report indicates REVIEW or PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED, the client should obtain appropriate legal, inspection, engineering, appraisal, environmental, financial, tax, insurance, or other professional advice before making a consequential decision.
