1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing DRPropertyWatch.com, submitting a request, purchasing a service, or authorizing a field assignment, you agree to these Terms of Service and the applicable Service Agreement.
2. Nature of the Service
DR Property Watch provides independent visual field verification, documentation, and property risk-intelligence services. We document observable conditions and client-requested items at the time and place of an authorized visit.
3. Services We Do Not Provide
We are not acting as a real-estate broker, attorney, title examiner, appraiser, engineer, architect, insurer, licensed home inspector, financial adviser, fraud investigator, or guarantor of a transaction. Our work does not replace legal, title, structural, engineering, appraisal, licensed inspection, financial, or other professional due diligence.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate property and contact information.
- Obtain lawful permission and access for the visit.
- Identify the specific observable items or claims the client wants documented.
- Use qualified professionals for matters outside our scope.
- Review reports promptly before relying on them for a decision.
5. Access, Safety and Availability
Services are subject to lawful access, weather, travel, safety, staffing, property conditions, airspace restrictions, technology limitations, and scheduling availability. We may decline or stop an assignment if conditions are unsafe, unlawful, inaccessible, or outside the agreed scope.
6. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before an assignment is scheduled. Custom, travel, priority, repeat-visit, and expanded-scope charges may apply and will be disclosed before the related service is performed.
7. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that a property, seller, developer, contractor, owner, document, representation, investment, or transaction is legitimate, safe, complete, accurate, fraud-free, structurally sound, legally transferable, or suitable for any purpose.
8. Reports and Evidence
Reports describe observations made at a particular time under the access and conditions available. Conditions may change after a visit. Items concealed, inaccessible, underground, behind finishes, inside equipment, or otherwise not observable may not be documented.
9. Intellectual Property
DR Property Watch retains ownership of its templates, methods, report formats, branding, checklists, and website content. Client deliverables may be used by the client for the transaction or property decision for which they were purchased, subject to the applicable Service Agreement.
10. Third Parties
References to attorneys, agents, inspectors, engineers, property managers, developers, contractors, payment processors, or other third parties do not create a guarantee, agency relationship, or endorsement unless expressly stated in writing.
11. Limitation and Disputes
Any limitation of liability, governing law, dispute-resolution process, refund rights, and other binding legal remedies applicable to a paid assignment will be stated in the Service Agreement or other written contract. Those provisions should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when a service is purchased will apply unless otherwise required by law.
